So this game began with me suffering an aneurysm as Chuck Knoblach led off with a single and I was all "up yours, Chuck" because I'm so very mature about all of this and then Derek Jeter sacrificed him to second and then David Justice lined out to John Olerud which made me shout "HALLE BERRY!" at the top of my lungs and then Bernie Williams grounded out and we head to the bottom half where Ichiro singled and then an out later and Bret Boone singled but we don't score anybody and then... okay, I really can't talk about this. I'm sorry, but I can't.

3-0 New York and with 2 outs, Stan Javier walked and then Dan Wilson singled and we of course don't score anybody which is starting to frustate the hell out of me and so we head to the third inning and with 1 out, Justice walked but that was all they manage thanks to a lovely catch from Mike Cameron on a deep fly ball from Bernie Williams, and Ichiro ends up safe at second on an error by Bernie which made me very happy until we DIDN'T SCORE HIM.

Fourth inning. With 1 out, Paul "Butthole" O'Neill singled and then got picked off of first which made me laugh outloud and then with 1 out, Mike Cameron was hit by a pitch and then Stan "I'm Goin Yard!" Javier WENT YARD to put us back in the game and we trail 3-2 as we head to the fifth inning where Knoblach walked with 1 out and Jeter singled but Justice grounded into a double play which I thought was lovely.

Sixth inning and with 1 out, Tino Martinez singled and then an out after that and he got caught stealing which I thought rocked and then we do absolutely nothing, so seventh inning and New York does nothing and then Ramiro Mendoza relieved Mike Mussina and we waste Dan Wilson's single and Ichiro's intentional walk which had me swearing like nobody's business. The eighth inning did not make me any happier as with 1 out, Jeter walked and then Arthur Rhodes relieved Freddy Garcia and got Justice to fly out and then Bernie singled which gave me a heart attack but Tino grounded out and it is our turn, where Edgar singled with 1 away and then Charles Gipson came in to run for him and Mariano Rivera who I hate by association to this crappy franchise relieved Mendoza and we don't score and head instead to the ninth inning and Jeff Nelson relieved Artie with 1 down and Shane Spencer doubled but Jeff took care of business and then we're down in order and we lose AGAIN 3-2 and I had to go lie down.
