So this game began with with Bret Boone getting hit by a pitch with 2 outs but we unfortunately don't score him and then Luis Rivas singled with 1 out for the Twins but they don't score either and off we go to the second where John Olerud singled and then Randy Winn singled and then John Mabry walked and then Willie Bloomquist hit into a fielder's choice and Ole scored and then Dan Wilson ripped a big nasty double and it's 3-0 M's when the dust finally settles and off we go to the bottom half where Freddy once again loses all fucking control as AJ Pierzynski leads off with a double and then Jacque Jones singled which scored him and then an out later and Chris Gomez singled like COME ON FREDDY THEY JUST GAVE YOU 3 RUNS, GET IT TOGETHER and then Cristian Guzman grounded out which scored Jones and it's 3-2 Seattle as we head to the third.

So we're down in order and here comes Freddy "I Can't Believe I Won My Arbitration Hearing Either!" Garcia to give up an infield single to Rivas and then he walked Doug Mientkiewicz and I start swearing some more and then Torii Hunter reached on an infield single and Mark McLemore very un-Mac-like made a throwing error and Rivas scored which tied the game and then an out later, and Jones was hit by a pitch, AND THEN Justin Mourneau walked, which forced in a run and then goddammit if Freddy didn't throw a wild pitch which scored Hunter and then Chris Gomez hit a sac fly which scored Jones, and then Guzman singled which scored Mourneau and because Bob Melvin knew I could not take it anymore, Julio Mateo came in to finish off the Twins, nevermind that it is now 7 to goddamn 3 Minnesota.

Fourth inning.  With 2 outs, Bloomie was hit by a pitch, I'm sure in retaliation for Freddy having hit Jones, nevermind that Rick Reed hit Bret in the first and then Dan singled but we don't score them and then the Twins are down in order which was a really nice change after the last nightmare of an inning.

So top of the fifth and Mac led off with a big nasty double and then Bret "I'm Goin Yard!" Boone WENT YARD to make it 7-5 and then 2 outs later and Randy singled and Mabry walked but we're done scoring for the moment and then Mateo retired the Twins in order again after Mourneau singled with 1 out because Gomez hit into a double play which was excellent and off we go to the sixth where Joe Mays relieved Reed and Dan Wilson walked to lead things off but was out at second when Ichiro hit into a fielder's choice and then Mac singled and an out after that and Cammie reached on an infield single to load the bases and then John Olerud singled which scored Ichiro and Mac and moved Cammie to third and then Cam scored on a throwing error and Ole ended up at second and then Randy "I'm Goin Yard!" Winn WENT YARD and then Mabry walked and then James Baldwin came in for Mays and got the final out but it is now 10-7 Seattle, and who knew Baldwin ended up in Minnesota?  Not me.  So anyway, with 1 out, Shannon Stewart homered to make it 10-8 and who knew Stewart was playing in Minnesota now?  Last I heard, he was in Toronto.  Nobody tells me anything.

So seventh inning and we waste Mac's 2 out walk and then Mateo retired the side in order again, and I hope Freddy buys him a new car or something with all that extra money he's making since Mateo has basically SAVED HIS ASS AND DONE HIS JOB FOR HIM TONIGHT and off we go to the eighth where Mike walked to lead things off and then Ole grounded him over to second and then an out later and Mabry was intentionally walked but we don't score and neither does Minnesota as Rafael Soriano relieved Mateo and retired the Twins 1-2-3.

So ninth inning and we're down in order and then enter Shiggy who allowed Stewart a lead off single that was nicely erased by a double play that was followed by a ground out and we win it 10-8 and split the series which was a hell of a lot better than losing it at least.
